Help needed for new dot com venture

Hello,
I am in the process of starting a new dot com venture. Without signing an NDA, I can't reveal too much about it. But I can say the venture is analogous to EBay. However, it is not similar or a competitor to EBay.
I have written a business plan that has been endorsed by some key people in business concept reviews. I need some help to write a marketing and launch plan for the site and to develop beta functionality. I would need a commitment of at least 10 hours a week from anybody that comes on board to help me out. Unfortunately, I won't be able to pay these people any money, but I could work out some agreement such that they would get equity stake and then a salary assuming we can raise money and they come on board full time. The combination of the beta site and marketing/launch plan would be used to raise early funding. These are the people I am looking for:
- Potential VP of marketing: This person would write a detailed marketing and launch plan for the site. He/she would need to detail out a strategy to launch the site and build an active community on the site to increase revenue and become profitable. I am looking for someone with extensive experience in internet marketing, web community building, and a strong business savvy as well.
- Technical design lead: To begin with, this person would create a beta version of the site that is easily demonstrable and could be used to raise money. Afterwards, this person would write a detailed specification of the site and be involved in some programming and QA work. He/she would also assist in demonstrations to try and raise money for the company.
Assuming some initial success, I would look for a dedicated web programmer and a QA lead as well.
This is an opportunity that I am very excited about. Everyone who I have talked to about this idea things it has very strong potential. I am anxious to make progress quickly on this idea.
